My personal yoga journey began with a yearning to connect with my inner self and bring balance to my life. Rooted in my core values of inclusivity, compassion, and mindfulness, I am committed to making yoga an accessible and affordable practice for all bodies and beings.
Following my dharma to guide, shine light and create more beauty in the world, I aim to continue growing as a teacher and learning as a student to keep sharing the beautiful things that can happen by listening to my inner wisdom.
